INJURY-SPECIFIC TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION
Acute sports injuries call for early intervention. Timely intervention of an expert with the right technique can help an athlete significantly shorten the recovery period. We begin our process with Manual Therapy practices like soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation & manipulation, acupuncture and dry needling. SPORT-SPECIFIC CONDITIONING
A key error made by athletes and professional coaches is providing insufficient recovery time for the body, between injury alleviation and the return to the field. Most athletes push their body to the brink of its limits. This makes the body vulnerable to injuries. At the same time, during the recovery phase, the body should not be going through the athletic demands of sports. Hence, in conjunction with the client, we run a Sport-Specific Conditioning for the entire body and not just the injured area. This helps you ensure that when you return to the field, your physical performance is still at par if not better, as it was before the injury.

Beyond the injury recovery and rehabilitation, athletes turn to training grounds for enhancing their performance. While their goals are bent towards better gameplay, we take a more analytical approach. We help you utilise your injury downtime by giving you a comprehensive analysis of the possible or already existing inefficiencies that are stopping you from performing at your best. We can conduct this analysis for your entire physique or target it towards specialised area as per preliminary tests. Once we have these possible laggards flagged, we can start working on devising a plan to optimise their efficient mobility, agility and strength.
