  • Bhargav (Bargo)

    PRINCIPAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    B.Physio, M.Ortho, Sports & Manual Therapy

    Bhargav acquired his wide range of expertise through his studies in India, and locally at the University of South Australia and Charles Sturt University. He has a Masters in Orthopaedics, Sports and Manual therapy (UniSA). He is also a Titled APA Musculoskeletal and Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist and a Member of Australian college of Physiotherapy.

    Bhargav brings with him over 15 years experience in handling the most complex physiotherapeutic challenges. He has developed his methodology around the idea of focusing on the core issue. It starts with a deep analysis of your biomechanics, he then develops a treatment plan aimed at easing pain and reducing the probability of it returning.

    Bhargav is passionate about sports, healthy cooking, and running. He and his wife Kathy, also a physio, are the proud parents of two wonderful children.

    His work and expertise has made him the go-to physiotherapist for both sporting teams and travelling artists in the music industry. He has worked with the:

    • Australian Indoor Cricket Team (Cricket Australia)

    • South Australian Cricket Team (Juniors, Opens and Masters)

    • Australian National Softball Team

    • USA vs Canada ice hockey games (in Adelaide)

    • South Australian Indoor Netball Team

    • Bhargav was the on-site physio during the 2015 Sydney Netball World Cup

    • Travelling artists including Bruce Springsteen, Guns N’ Roses, Adele, Phil Collins and Fleetwood Mac engaged him as their physiotherapist during their Australian tours.

  • Kathy

    SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    B.Physio, M. Musc & Sports physio

    Level 1 &2 Womens health physiotherapy

    Kathy has been a physio for more than 20 years, working in Europe, USA, and Australia. She has extensive clinical and academic experience in a range of areas including musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation, women's health, and gerontology. In addition to completing her undergraduate degree in Austria, she has also completed a master’s degree (Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy, UniSA) and is about to submit her PhD in Gerontology (Flinders University).

    Kathy is passionate about working with older people, assisting them in extending their health span, staying independent, and living life to their fullest.

    Kathy also loves working with women of all ages who experience difficulties with their continence.

    In her spare time, Kathy enjoys being around her two children, walking the dog, exercising, playing music, and reading books.

  • Josh

    PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    Josh graduated from UniSA with a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy (Honours).

    Josh is our resident sporting physiotherapist! Josh has developed a passion for sporting related injuries and loves working with all athletes to help with their return to sport, injury prevention and offering advice about managing injuries with strength and conditioning.

    Outside of work, Josh has played sport since childhood. Playing at all levels of soccer and cricket, Josh has represented the state for Indoor Cricket on numerous occasions.

  • Mukti

    Mukti

    PHYSIOTHERAPIST

    B.Physio, M. Musc & Sports physio

    Over his career as a physiotherapist, Mukti has been involved in a variety of settings including hospital, private practice and aged care, and has seen and been involved in a variety of complex and challenging conditions.

    With a strong focus on patient empowerment, Mukti strives to actively involve his patients in their rehabilitation journey. Building trust and fostering collaboration form the bedrock of his patient-centered approach.

    Mukti’s commitment to delivering exceptional care extends to continuously expanding his knowledge of various musculoskeletal conditions. By integrating evidence-based practices with a holistic approach, he develops personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and aspirations.

    As a teenager, Mukti played both soccer and tennis and had his fair share of injuries, which lead him to many physiotherapy sessions and ultimately becoming a physiotherapist!

    In his spare time, he enjoys going for walks on beach, spending time with family and friends, travelling, and supporting his Adelaide Crows.

  • Danielle

    REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST

    Danielle has always wanted to promote health and from a young age has always loved taking care of people. Her desire to help others saw her take a path into Physiotherapy. Danielle completed her Physiotherapy degree in 2007 at University of Santa Amaro in Brazil. Danielle ran her own Physiotherapy and Pilates studio in Brazil for 15 years prior to moving to Australia in 2022.

    When Danielle isn’t in the treatment room, she loves being in contact with nature, animals, plants and beaches. She enjoyed doing sports such as abseiling, rafting and trail runs. However, since having her daughter, Danielle spends more days at the park and beaches having fun with family.

    Danielle is currently undertaking study so that she can consult as a Physiotherapist in Australia. Danielle is a member of the Myotherapy and Massage Board.

  • Kerrie

    CLINIC MANAGER

    Kerrie has over 10 years of administration experience in the medical and allied health industries. Kerrie joined Trucare Health Group as the clinic manager in January 2023 to lead our team of receptionist and office staff.

    Kerrie undertakes her role as clinic manager with the utmost professionalism and prides herself on exceptional patient care and service.

    Kerrie has a personal interest in netball and keeps herself fit with walking her dog everyday and Yoga. Her other hobbies are reading and spending time with family.
